What to Bring & Wear

To make your visit as productive and comfortable as possible:

Bring:

• Your insurance card (if applicable)
• Any relevant medical records or imaging/X-rays
• A list of medications or supplements you take
• Notes about your health concerns or goals

Wear:

• Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for a full movement and posture assessment
• Athletic wear is ideal if you plan on doing exercises during your visit
• Avoid restrictive clothing that could limit your range of motion

Tip: If you’re coming for a massage therapy session, wear something comfortable that’s easy to change in and out of.
